We sell gold-plated and silver-plated stainless steel jewellery featuring gemstones, glass beads and pearls. All products are designed and curated with care.

4. Ordering and Payment
All orders are subject to availability.
We accept payment via credit/debit cards, Apple Pay.
Prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 3 business days of payment.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping method.
Risk passes to you when the item is delivered. We recommend checking items upon arrival and notifying us immediately of any issues.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
You have the right to cancel an order and return products within 14 days of receiving your item, in line with UK consumer law.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all packaging intact.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs may not be refundable.
Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.
For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

7. Faulty or Damaged Items
If a product arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately at contact@privet.shop.
We will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
