At Privét, we want you to love your jewellery. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully.
1. Cancellation & Returns
You have the right to cancel your order and return eligible items within 14 days of receiving them, in line with UK consumer law.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unworn and in their original condition.
Returned with all original packaging and labels intact.
Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.
2. Pierced Earrings Exception
For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
By purchasing pierced earrings, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately at contact@privet.shop with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos if possible
We will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
5. Returning Items
To return an item, please contact us first at contact@privet.shop for instructions.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Privét is not responsible for items lost in transit.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for non-personalised, eligible items in original condition.
Pierced earrings cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
