- Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Pierced earrings or hoops cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.

- International Customers: Please clearly mark all parcels as “Returned Goods” on customs forms to avoid additional fees. If customs charges are incorrectly applied to Privét, these will be deducted from your refund and may delay processing.
Once received, we’ll confirm your refund to the original payment method or contact you to arrange your exchange.
